SHIPPING LOCATIONS
As a benefit for our customers, many items ship direct to you from the manufacturer. We also have multiple distribution locations. This provides for the fastest possible delivery times. If we do not have your item available from our local warehouse or one of our many other sources, we will notify you immediately.
INTERNATIONAL, Alaska, & Hawaii
If you are outside the Continental U.S. please email us for a shipping quote to your location. We can ship by US Postal Service and offer a big savings on your shipping as apposed to standard methods like UPS or Fedex.
Rinehart Targets CAN be shipped World Wide, contact us for a quote.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated automatically and are pulled directly from UPS. If you add any item to your shopping cart, you can then enter your zip code. This will display the shipping cost for your zip code.
SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
We currently offer UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. USPS is offered to International Customers and Customers outside the Continental U.S.
Occasionally we will change from UPS to Federal Express. We reserve the right to change shipping vendors at our discretion based on the shipping warehouse. However, if you ordered next day air you will still get next day air shipments. If we change shipping vendors, this will be done at no additional charge to the customer.
SHIPPING TIMES
UPS Ground can take 4-7 days delivery for shipments inside the Continental U.S.
2nd Day Air means two days of shipping time. So if you order on Wednesday evening and check 2nd Day Air, you will not receive your package until Monday. You would have to order before noon on Wednesday to receive the item on Friday. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays.
Next Day Air means your item will arrive after 1 day of shipping. Orders placed before 12pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed prior to 12PM (noon) CST usually ship the same day.

Orders totaling less than $20.00usd (not including shipping) will be charged a $3.00 handling fee.
PRICES
All Prices(including shipping rates) are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice because of international currency fluctuation, increases from manufacturers (especially between November and May), inflation, typographical errors, and factors beyond our control. We make our best effort to inform you of these changes. For very large orders, please contact us for a special price quotation. Any and all pricing errors are subject to our correction.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please call us immediately if there has been an error on our part in fulfilling your order and we will do everything in our power to correct the situation. If you are not satisified with an item immediately upon arrival, please call us within 15 days for a Return Merchandize Authorization Number. Only then return the item to us promptly and insured in its original shipping carton. You may request and receive a refund in the same form as your original payment or exhange the product for a substitute item only if you call within 15 days and the returned item is in new condition and the sealed original packaging is received back to us within 30 days of our original shipment date to you. Beyond this period, all sales are final.
Absolutely no returns of items used and not in absolutely new condition, not in original sealed packaging or special ordered, non-stocked items. This applies to all items including but not limited to Bows, Crossbows, Releases, Sights, Arrow Rest, Arrows or cut Shafts. Software, Books and Special order items may not be cancelled or returned under any circumstances. Because of insurance reasons, Treestands, Crossbows and Blackpowder rifles may not be returned if the boxes have been opened. These items are covered under manufacturer warranties and customers shuld contact the manufacturer with repair and warranty issues. Approval of Returned Merchandise is at the discretion of Obsession Archery management as to the item's condition and ability to be returned. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that is damaged or is in any way in unsaleable condition. Returns received after 30 days and those showing any wear may be refused entirely or they will carry a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping will only be refunded in the even of an Obsession Archery error. Returns without a RMA Number on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to sender.
